A list of the most asked questions

If you have an emergency whilst on site, please inform the nearest Marshal.

We have a fresh water tap fitted on site, located by the toilet/shower area.
There will also be bottled water to available to purchase.

Our tickets are priced for the entire weekend. If you are wanting to attend for just one day, and are unable to stay overnight, please contact us directly.

Unfortunately, we are unable to allow players to bring animals onto site

We have both toilet and shower facilities available on site. Please ensure that you bring your change of clothes, a towel, and any other toiletries that you may require.

Players can arrive from 8am on Saturday 26th July.
Those wishing to arrive on Friday, can arrive from midday on Friday 25th July – there is a £10 per person charge payable immediately upon arrival.

Platoon Stores will be on site, and will be able to offer HPA refills for a nominal charge.

We will have dedicated power points available on site – please ensure that you bring your own charger with you

Absolutely none. Your team colours are identified by the armband you are given, as well as the coloured wrist band issued when booking in.
However, we do encourage players to wear fancy dress (camo is not considered fancy dress…..) to go with this years Sci-Fi theme, especially for the Saturday evening social event

We do not have cash machines on site.
The nearest cash machines are located in Marden, Goudhurst, and Staplehurst.

Our insurance policy allows players to attend from the age of 10.
However, for our Big Weekender event, young players must have a parent/guardian remain on site, and no player under the age of 18 will be permitted in the bar area on Saturday evening

Generators are permitted in the camping area, but must not be left unattended at any point, and must be turned off from 10pm.

Absolutely.  You may bring a caravan or campervan to stay overnight. Please note, that there will be no water and electrical hookups available – a fresh water tap is available on site to fill water containers.

You are welcome to leave site throughout the day, if required.
However, please be mindful that we share the site with the wood farm, and as such, the site gates will be closed from 9PM, and will not be open again until 8AM

BBQ’s are NOT permitted on the field. You are welcome to setup a BBQ on the freestanding area next to the Safe Zone, or use the communal BBQ (bring your own small bag of coal with you).

A table top Gas Stove or Gas Fire Pit will be permitted on the field, providing that you bring a table to place it on.
